What is a Vast Motorsport Grid Girl?
A Vast Grid Girl is more than a trackside promo model — she’s part of the show. Our team brings energy, confidence, and personality to the paddock, helping engage fans, create unforgettable moments, and elevate the race weekend experience. Think: sponsor activations, fan interaction, social media content, and plenty of camera time.
Do I need experience to apply?
Nope! Experience is a bonus, but not a requirement. We’re looking for confident, outgoing women with great communication skills, a love for events, and a willingness to have fun while representing our team. Training and guidance are provided.
Is there an age requirement?
You must be 18 or over to apply.
What will I be doing on the day?
You’ll help with sponsor activations (like QR sign-ups and giveaways), take part in social media content (TikToks, Reels, interviews), interact with fans, support the team in the paddock, and bring big vibes trackside. Think of yourself as part hype crew, part ambassador, part content queen.
When and where is the event?
Our next major casting is for the Bathurst 1000 in October 2025. You’ll need to be available for the full race weekend (Friday–Sunday).
Is the role paid?
Yes! All Grid Girls are paid a daily rate.
